When we came out to meet Marty & Kelly they had just had a bunch of trees removed and we wanting to make their back yard a usable space, and they wanted grass and a firepit area. Garrett noticed they had a ton of slope to their property, and after talking with the homeowners some more they revealed they had terrible water coming in from their neighbors fence. After some thought we came up with our initial design. It was initially a little out of their budget, but they really wanted to go through with the entire design, and irrigation as well. We held back on the plants, til the following year. They decided to up their budget and go through with it. And man did it turn out awesome!
